Returns Information

Items purchased during sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased on Final Sale for return or exchange. If an order is placed with a sale and full price item, the full price item is still eligible for a refund/exchange.

Unfortunately TWOVAULT does not offer free returns so the cost of returning the item(s) is at the customer's expense, including shipping and any related costs.

For full price items returns are welcome up to 14 days after item is received. All items must be returned in original condition with tags. Once your return has been received and accepted by our, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. If you are eligible, we may be able to issue your refund as Two Vault credit store if you prefer.
